We have been the first to use a Pre-Cast Technology in India for residential constructions. We have built Independent Villas, Row Houses and Multi-Storey Towers using Elematic. Our pre-cast plant is now being commissioned at Gowrelly, which offers us a great connectivity via ORR.

With PERI Formwork Technology we enjoy the greatest benefit to flexibility. We can use our existing shuttering system to execute the smallest to the largest projects. The formwork can be adjusted to any new floor layout with little or no additional need for refurbishments.

Biography

After starting his career as a Junior Engineer in the Irrigation Department of Government, his entrepreneurial instincts had driven him to start part-time plotting business in 1981; which soon developed into Janapriya in 1985. His forward tinking vision spearheads the company and its 40 year legacy.

Biography

With a passion to take his father’s legacy forward, he had joined Janapriya Engineers Syndicate in 2011. He started as a Deputy Project Manager and worked his way up to the Executive Director in JESL. With a vision to expand the contracting vertical of Janapriya, he has started JNC in 2022.

Biography

Started his career with various organizations Like Reliance Infocomm, Reliance Retail, Essar Group, Aliens Developers, Saket Engineers, Janapriya Engineers Syndicate, Organo, Aditya Constructions, with overall 25 yrs work experience out of which 18 years have been spent in real estate. Joined JNC in 2025.
